Fire Detection Systems in Abuja
Fire detection is life-safety infrastructure, and we treat its design and installation with the corresponding rigor: proper zone coverage, correctly placed devices, and integration with building evacuation and alarm systems, tested and commissioned before a building relies on it.

Who it’s for
- New commercial and industrial fit-outs requiring fire detection coverage
- Existing buildings upgrading or extending detection zones
- Facilities integrating fire detection with an existing building management system
What’s included
- Smoke and heat detector zone design
- Fire alarm panel installation and integration
- Emergency evacuation signaling
- Integration with building management systems
- Testing, commissioning, and compliance certification
- Zone coverage planned around the building’s layout and how it’s occupied
- Alarm panel and evacuation signaling installed as one system
- Every installation tested and commissioned before handover, with results documented for the client

How we scope, install, and hand over the work
Assess
Site survey, load assessment, and diagnostics. We measure the actual conditions before proposing a scope.
Design
A written design based on the assessed load: circuit schedules and single-line diagrams you keep.
Install
Work executed by our team to the documented design, with safety isolation and site protocols observed throughout.
Test & Handover
Commissioning tests, compliance checks, and as-built documentation handed over. Not just a completed job, a documented one.
What you may receive
For fire detection systems, depending on the project and the agreed scope. We provide documentation appropriate to the size and complexity of the job.
All engineering deliverables →Electrical Installation Documentation
Distribution board schedules, circuit identification, cable information, equipment schedules, and installation photographs.
Testing
Test results recorded before handover, plus as-built information and solar/backup handover information where produced.
Maintenance Recommendations
A clear breakdown of what needs immediate attention, what can be monitored, and what can be scheduled as a future upgrade, so you can prioritize rather than treat every issue as equally urgent.
Common questions
How many cameras do I need?
Depends on the property and what you're trying to cover (entry points, perimeter, specific assets). We do a site survey and propose camera placement based on what actually needs covering.
Can I view footage remotely?
Yes. Remote viewing and alert setup on your phone or computer is part of a standard installation, alongside the NVR/DVR recording setup on site.
Can CCTV be integrated with gates or access control?
Yes, integration with automated gates and access control is a regular part of our security and automation scope. Mention it upfront if you want them working together.
Do you install electric fences?
Yes. Electric fence installation is part of our perimeter security scope, alongside automated gates, CCTV, and access control. We design and wire it as part of the same security system.
Can automation be added to an existing property, or only new builds?
Both. New builds let us design the wiring and control layout together from the start, which is cleaner, but retrofitting smart lighting, climate, and access control into an existing property is a regular part of our scope too. It just needs a site assessment first to plan around the existing circuits.
Will a power outage disable the automation system?
Depends on the setup. Most smart lighting and control panels need power to function, same as any electrical system, so we discuss backup priorities (generator or inverter integration) as part of the design if outage resilience matters to you.
Do you work with a specific smart home platform?
We design the electrical and control-panel infrastructure to work with your chosen app or platform, so you aren't locked into one. Tell us what you're trying to control (lighting, climate, access, scenes) and we scope the electrical side accordingly.
