Engineering Deliverables

Electrical engineering is more than the physical installation.

Depending on the project, the work may also involve calculations, drawings, schedules, test records, photographs, and handover information. We provide documentation appropriate to the size and complexity of the job, so clients have a clear record of what was assessed, designed, installed, and tested.

Before work
  • Site Assessment Reports

For inspection and assessment projects: site observations, existing condition, identified issues, photographic records, load information, and recommended next steps.

  • Load Assessment & Schedules

Connected loads, estimated demand, circuit schedules, distribution requirements, and existing versus proposed loads, giving a clearer basis for design and upgrade decisions.

  • Solar & Backup System Design

Load assessment, system sizing, array configuration, inverter selection, battery capacity, and backup expectations.

During work
  • Electrical Installation Documentation

Distribution board schedules, circuit identification, cable information, equipment schedules, and installation photographs.

  • Inspection Records

Where inspection is part of the agreed scope, observations recorded as work progresses, as well as at the end.

At handover
  • Testing

Test results recorded before handover, plus as-built information and solar/backup handover information where produced.

  • Maintenance Recommendations

A clear breakdown of what needs immediate attention, what can be monitored, and what can be scheduled as a future upgrade, so you can prioritize rather than treat every issue as equally urgent.

Deliverables depend on the project

Not every project needs a forty-page engineering report. A small residential fault investigation might only call for a concise assessment. A larger commercial, industrial, or estate project usually needs more. We scope deliverables to match the size and complexity of the job.
