The challenge
At this scale the work had to feel identical from house to house: every prepaid meter installed to the same standard and properly connected, and street lighting that would keep working across the common areas without constant call-outs.
Our solution
We installed prepaid meters across more than 1,000 houses and fitted solar street lights through the common areas, sequencing the work to keep disruption to residents low.
The outcome
The estate now runs on prepaid metering across its houses, and the shared areas are lit by solar, independent of grid supply.
Read full review on Trustpilot →Kell Electricals did an outstanding job at my Gwarinpa home! They professionally installed my inverter and solar panels, set up my CCTV system, and replaced my home's switches, all of which are working perfectly. Their team was incredibly professional, and their work was remarkably clean and precise. For top-notch electrical services, I highly recommend Kell Electricals!
